AC/Heat

• Please turn off the AC/heat when you go out 🙂

Kitchen

• Marble Countertops
  • The white marble countertops in our kitchen tend to stain easily, so please promptly wipe the countertop if you spill any liquids or oils
• Vent
  • If you're cooking or boiling anything, please open the vent (steam will ruin our cupboards)
• Dishwasher
  • Please ensure that all the plates are rinsed before placing in the dishwasher - the dishwasher will get clogged and will not effectively clean the dishes
  • Please do not place anything wooden in the dishwasher
• Compost
  • The cookie jar on the countertop is our compost bin and the compostable bags are underneath the sink

Pets

• Pets are allowed, but you are in charge of keeping clean
• Please ensure your pet isn't scratching or damaging our furniture and walls 🙏 we will have to charge for any damages if found

Overall Home

• Please keep quiet after 11:00 pm according to building regulations
• Take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $200 (it's a lot of hassle to replace the key and fob, please don't lose them 🙏)
• Smoking is not allowed in the unit or out on the balcony, you will find indications for smoking areas in the building
• Please let us know if anything is not working properly, we have family living next door who can help

Gym and Facilities

• Gym and lounge are located on the second floor. Turn left as you exit the elevator and follow the hallway down until you reach a door on the left. Use your key fob to enter and walk straight past the elevators through the next door and you’ll see the gym
• If you walk past the gym you’ll find the lounge
• If you have any issues locating the gym, please ask the concierge
