Laundry machine

There is laundry detergent in the laundry compartment available for you to use. Choose the desired preset and press start to begin.

• You can simply just do Step 1 & 4 to start the machine

Dryer Machine

Remember to empty the lint trap before running the dryer. There are two dryer balls that you can run with your load to reduce static and drying time. You can set the time on the machine for how long you would like it to run or go with one of the presets. Please turn off the dryer once you are done using it.

Thermostat

There are two thermostat control units: one for the bedroom, and one for the rest of the home. Please save energy by turning off the thermostat at night or when you leave the home. See below for visual instructions on how to adjust the temperature and turn on/off the thermostat.

Lights

Many of the lights in the home are voice-controlled via the Google Home/Nest devices in the home. To turn on/off these lights, simply say "OK google, turn on/off [light name]. The name of various lights in the house are below:

Living Room/Den Lights:

• "Den": the lamp to the right of the work desk in the main open area
• "Dining Room": the lamp to the left of the work desk in the main open area
• "Kitchen": the ceiling lights in the kitchen

Bedroom:

• "Bedroom": the ceiling lamp in the bedroom

Manual Lights:

• Desk lamps
• Nightstand lamps
• Office lamp
• Entranceway ceiling lights
• Bathroom lights

Offices/Standing Desks

There is one standing desk in the office. See below for a visual of some of the available hardware for you to use. The office is set up with 3 monitors that can be connected to via two USB-C cables.

The height of the standing desk can be easily adjusted by simply pressing the up or down arrows on the table control panel. Feel free to assign preset heights by moving to a height then pressing the "M" button, then pressing the number you want to assign that height to.

The monitors can be turned on/off by pressing the button under the monitor on the very far right. If the white strip lights up, then the monitor is on.

Triple Monitor Office Set Up

• The yellow labeled USB-C cable connects you to monitor 1 & 2
  • For Mac users, you will need to install and turn on the DisplayLink Manager software for monitor 2 to function.
• The red labeled USB-C cable connects you to monitor 3
